Construction of a new 10,000m2 cold storage facility at Welshpool, WA.
Operationally, the facility comprises a large and small freezer that cover a combined area of 5,870m2 and that operate at -25°C, a 2,200m2 Annex and Meat Sorting area that operate at +2°C and that are utilised for packing and handling, three blast freezers that operate down to -37°C and 10 dock loading bays with mechanised dock levelers.
Support facilities included a battery recharge room and workshop, plant room for all refrigeration equipment, MCC and transformer buildings and a new 365m2 office.
