James has a wealth of industry knowledge in the business development arena having worked with well-established companies within Australia for many years, servicing numerous market sectors from land development, building construction, and resources; oil and gas. As a Business Development Executive James identifies new target markets, projects and clients. He has managed and developed long term partner relationships with clients ensuring that portfolios are optimised to their full potential.

Operations Manager

Stephen holds a Bachelor in (Surveying) Construction Economics & Management, and has been working since 2008 in the construction industry first in Ireland and later in Australia. Stephen’s academic background in Quantity Surveying provides valuable knowledge in tender development which has led to many successful Design and Construction projects being awarded to Kerman. His project experience ranges from Mine-Site Infrastructure including Accommodation Camps to Process Plants and Bulk Storage / Materials Handling Facilities.

Project Controls Manager

Klaus is a professional Engineer with over 24 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, both in Australia and Germany. He has experience in all aspects of project management including safety, quality, scheduling, procurement, contracts, cost control along with project and construction management reporting. His project experience ranges from SMPE installation of Processing Plants to construction of Bulk Storage and Materials Handling Facilities and Civil and Concrete Works.

Charmaine is a qualified HR professional with a background in finance spanning over ten years. Charmaine acts as a support to the business for all areas of employment / industrial relations, performance and discipline and employment law related matters. Her responsibilities include implementing strategic HR initiatives current to the industry aligning to the organisation’s business plan.

WHSE Manager

Daniel has over 11 years’ experience within Health, Safety and Environment, actively involved in large construction projects within Australia’s mining and resources industry. Based on a platform of hands-on experience, complimented by a Graduate Diploma in OHS, Daniel has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in HSE, Federal and State regulatory requirements. Utilising best industry practices, Daniel encourages a blended people and systems focused approach to HSE leadership. He manages an experienced HSE site team and oversees all project sites to ensure consistently so that each project maintains the highest level of HSE leadership and compliance across all company projects.

Quality Manager

Maria is a Project Engineer and has been a valued member of the company since 2013. With over 10 years’ experience in both the Oil & Gas and Construction Industries, Maria has had multi-national exposure in Reservoir Evaluation operations from South America, Asia, and Australia as well as supporting the full project cycle, from the production of complex technical documentation to commissioning and project handover/closeout. She has consistently showcased her expertise and commitment, which have contributed to her progression into a key role in quality management.

Over the last 24 years Peter has worked in various roles within the Construction Industry in Australia, including Area Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Administrator. He has proven to be analytical, with his practical approach to completion of tasks. Peter’s project experience ranges from Non-Process Infrastructure and Accommodation Camps to Processing Plants.

David is holding a Bachelor of Engineering and has worked with the company for over 10 years. During this time he has gained exposure to the construction industry with varied roles within the company such as project engineering, estimating, contracts administration and has now progressed to project management.

Michael holds a Bachelor in Civil & Construction Engineering and has over 14 years’ experience in Australia’s Construction Industry. His project experience ranges from Bulk Storage and Materials Handling to Non-Process Infrastructure projects. Michael started his career as a Project Engineer and has progressed through his experience and knowledge to become a competent Project Manager.

Paul Downie

Paul Downie

Project Manager

Paul is an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in construction project delivery. He holds a Construction Management & Economics degree (Honours) from Curtin University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Builders. Paul brings expertise in complex government and defence projects and has successfully managed diverse projects, including research facilities, educational buildings, and specialised defence infrastructure.
