Kerman to join Monadelphous Group
We’re pleased to share that Kerman Contracting has joined the Monadelphous Group.
This is a significant milestone for our business, which has been proudly family-owned and operated for more than four decades. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes – and we’re excited to continue that journey with the backing of Monadelphous’ scale, stability, and expertise.
Kerman will continue to operate as a stand-alone, wholly owned subsidiary, and we remain committed to our people, our clients, and our subcontractors. This partnership provides a platform for growth and diversification, while preserving the legacy and values that have shaped our business.
Kerman Managing Director, Mark Nagle, commented, “Joining Monadelphous is a great opportunity for Kerman to build on our growth, leveraging our businesses’ synergies as well as our existing strengths and capabilities. Supported by Monadelphous’ longstanding reputation and balance sheet strength, we will focus on enhancing stability and scale, while strengthening existing client relationships.”
Our Chairman, Chris Kerman, said: “My father Brian started our business over 40 years ago, and our whole family is proud of what it has grown into. It was important to us that any new owners would honour that legacy. We are very confident that Monadelphous is the right choice to carry it forward – and that, under their ownership, the business and our employees will thrive, and our clients will be well served.”
Monadelphous and Kerman share a history of collaboration, including through recent projects with the Mondium joint venture, along with aligned values, Western Australian heritage, and an unwavering commitment to delivery excellence.
We’re grateful to everyone who’s been part of our journey so far – and we look forward to what’s ahead.
