The project involved the design and construction of a rail wagon and locomotive servicing building for pneumatic brake change out of RTIO rail fleet.

This included construction of roadworks, drainage, single level dual bay shed (concrete, structures, cladding, access doors), concrete rail service pits, 8 storage containers, rail track, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and fire protection services.
