Design & Construction contract – The scope included the expansion of the temporary construction camp to accommodate 200 personnel, the supply and installation of the 492 person capacity permanent village and a processing plant administration office.

The permanent village consisted of 123 x four person accommodation buildings plus laundries, a kitchen/diner/crib preparation facilities building, a wet mess and BBQ area, administration and shop buildings, a recycling facility, an external roofed waiting and reception area, an ambulance shelter, ice rooms, a maintenance shed, sports court and gym as well as an airport terminal shelter.

The scope also included earthworks, civil works, related services and drainage.
