Reliability of performance and the attainment of high quality standards will ensure client satisfaction. For us attention to detail, the implementation and management of good quality systems, are the key to a successful completion of a project.
Kerman’s Quality Management System incorporates a series of procedures covering activities from design management through to project completion and commissioning. Documented procedures and policies are vital components of an organisation as they allow employees to understand their roles and responsibilities, promote a consistent approach to the preparation of documentation and facilitates the training of new employees.
At the beginning of each project, a Project Quality Plan (PQP) is prepared to ensure that all client requirements are met. It contains information regarding the responsibilities of personnel assigned to the project, the relevant quality procedures, project specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and quality records (inspection reports, field inspection check sheets, etc.). The Project Quality Plan provides guidelines for achieving project deliverables, setting up communications and reporting channels with the client and achieving quality requirements.
Kerman strives for continual improvement in all facets of the business.
