Kerman has implemented a culture and behaviour based program entitled Safe 4 Life. This program aims to bolster a step-change throughout the business towards an increased individual accountability to ensure safe principles are applied at all times.
The Safe 4 Life program builds on the principles that being safe can protect your life and that of your workmates, being safe allows you to enjoy your personal life and that safety can be applied outside of the workplace. This program aims to drive a uniformed high standard amongst everyone that works for Kerman and is currently being integrated into the HSE Management System.
