Brian KermanNon-Executive Chairman
Brian has over 60 years’ experience in Australia’s building and construction industry. He has founded Kerman Contracting in 1981 and developed and grown the company from a turnover of less than $1M in its first year to more than $250M in 2013.
Chris KermanManaging Director
Chris is a registered Building Practitioner and is holding a Diploma in Architectural Drafting as well as an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Construction). Chris has over 35 years’ experience in Australia’s building and construction industry and has been holding the position of Managing Director at Kerman since 1998.
John GriffithsCompany Secretary – Director
John is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Profession Accounting. He has extensive experience in Company Secretarial/Accounting duties and has held the position of Director for both private and public listed companies. John has been working with Kerman since 1993.
Michael KermanHSE & Quality Assurance Manager – Director
Michael has wide-ranging knowledge in Health, Safety & Environment as well as in effective Quality Assurance and Control in large construction projects and has more than 30 years’ experience in Australia’s construction industry.
Peter KermanProcurement Manager – Director
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in Australia. He has undertaken numerous roles with Kerman during this period from site management, project management to his current position of Procurement Manager.
