Kerman Contracting has been awarded a Design and Construction contract by Tianqi and MSPE. The works are associated with a major product receival shed and by-product distribution (TAS) building at Tianqi’s new Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant in Kwinana, WA. Specifically the works include the design development and construction of the Spodumene, Limestone and TAS buildings superstructure to achieve a minimum design life of 25 years, including authorities’ approvals, roller doors, doors, bollards, barriers, electrical, communications, lighting, hydraulics (water and waste), security, mechanical ventilation and fire system plus modelling. Kerman anticipates completing the works in the first quarter of 2018.
This project builds on Kerman’s longstanding expertise in the design and construction of process plants and industrial infrastructure facilities across Australia.
